The Residences at Seashore Point is a vibrant, inclusive 55+ Residential Community in the heart of Provincetown. The 81 Residential Condominium Units include people who both own their Units as well as people who rent a limited number of Affordable Unit. It is not affiliated with the Skilled Nursing Facility on part of the first floor.

This website is for the benefit of the Resident Owners. We are not involved with selling or renting condo units. That is done by the individual owners.

The Residents’ Council was chartered by the Board of Trustees with the purpose of creating and maintaining a vibrant living community that improves quality of life through offering services and events that meet the social, cultural and wellbeing needs of all condominium residents.
Seashore Point is a mixed-used Condominium comprised of Residential Units and the AdviniaCare Health Center. The Board of Trustees is made up of both Commercial Owners and Residential Owners. Click below to learn more.
The Dartmouth Group is a third-party property management company that provides management services for the Condo Association. David Abel is the onsite General Manager of Seashore Point
We are fortunate to also have a separate Wellness Center at Seashore Point that has a Skilled Nursing Facility and a Rehabilitation Facility. The Residents have special access to both the Skilled Nursing services and Rehab services when needed.
