Your Condominium fee is due on the 1st of every month. Starting February 1, 2021, the Association's late fee policy, outlined in the documents, will be enforced. Homeowners will receive a $100 late fee if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. In addition, interest on the arrearage will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month. Your account balance, if any, will be forwarded to The Dartmouth Group and your account will reflect that balance as of January 15, 2020. If you have any questions concerning the status of your account after this date, please contact our accounts receivable department.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE
You can have all your monthly fees paid automatically from your checking account. Simply complete the "Authorization Agreement for Direct Debit Payments" and return it to us along with a voided check. Your bank account will be debited automatically on or around the 5th business day of every month.
We need to receive your form and voided check no later than the 23rd of the month for an automatic payment to occur the following month.
Owners will receive a coupon book and envelopes in the mail that can be used to mail in your payment each month. These payments will be received and processed by our lockbox check processing facility in Arizona.
You may use your bank's online banking service to pay your fees. When setting this up with your bank, ensure they make payments payable to your association name, they include your account number on the check and send payment to The Dartmouth Group, P.O. Box 66094, Phoenix, AZ 85082-6094
If you bank online or use your bank's electronic payment service to pay your fees, it is important to change your remittance address and account number using the information contained in your Welcome Letter.
You may make a one-time debit to your checking account initiated by you through the secure banking site of CIT Bank. Please go to www.mydartmouthgroup.com and log into your account, then click on Make a Payment and choose the E-Check option. You will be prompted to enter your routing and checking account number. To set up recurring E-Check payments, please go to https://propertypay.cit.com/ and click on Sign Up.
You may make a one-time charge to your credit card initiated by you through the secure banking site of CIT Bank. Please go to www.mydartmouthgroup.com and log into your account, then click on Make a Payment and choose the Credit Card option. There is a convenience fee per transaction for this service. To set up recurring credit card payments, please go to https://propertypay.cit.com/ and click on Sign Up.
These forms can be opened and read online or downloaded and printed. NOTE: The Payment Authorization is ONLY for the CONDO FEE and not the Concierge or other fees. HOLDCO will send you invoices for those fees.
