In pursuit of this goal, I have served as a member of the SSP Design Committee and the SSP Residents Working Group (RWG). I have enjoyed interacting with my neighbors while tending my SSP garden plot and playing poker on Thursdays. I would welcome an opportunity to serve my neighbors as a member of the Board of Trustees.

I would like to be a trustee because:
I have a great deal of knowledge about the condo association and a vision of how we can significantly improve our quality of life, cost of ownership, and the value of our condominium units.
Seashore Point has not had adequate governance from the beginning and there is much to fix. Our Condo Fees are too high and can be substantially reduced. There are also Service Units that we may be able to convert to residential and sell. That could bring in substantial revenue for the envelop project.
I took over the lawsuit from Buddy Perkel, Diana Lu and John Lofton 6 years ago and worked with our team of Plaintiffs to gain control of the condo board and eliminated the Services Agreements. We also were able to buy the Garage to ensure we have control of the limited parking.

I would like to be a trustee because:
After living at SSP for eight years, and being involved with many committees and events, my goal is to be an advocate for the community. Communication and community engagement are important to me. It is important to have collaboration among community members and help address concerns effectively. I want to work towards a community where everyone shares in the cost, feels safe in the building, and promotes an inclusive environment. Additionally, maintaining a good working relationship with the management and staff is important to me. The aesthetics and upkeep of the building inside and out are a priority to me. It is my intention to help bring all previously planned projects to fruition. I can think outside the box and work as a team member with other trustees and management to achieve improvements within residents' budgets. It is important for all residents to vote for a Trustee team that can work together and get all of the priorities done to make "The Alden" a great place to live. Thank you for taking the time to consider me for one of your Trustees.

This included redesign of both interior and exterior of common areas.

I would like to be a trustee because:
I am running for the Seashore Point Board of Trustees to support a stronger, more attractive, and better-managed community for all residents. My goal is to help ensure that Seashore Point remains financially responsible, well maintained, transparent, and responsive to the needs of all owners. I believe the property would benefit from renewed attention to deferred maintenance, consistent follow-through on repairs, and thoughtful improvements to common areas and shared spaces. A well-cared-for environment contributes not only to daily comfort, but also to the long-term value and stability of the community. I am also interested in exploring practical ways to improve efficiency and strengthen revenue opportunities, including better use of underutilized spaces such as storage and office areas. Careful stewardship, sound planning, and attention to detail can help position Seashore Point for a more secure and welcoming future. If elected, I would bring a strong commitment to responsible oversight, property improvement, and the overall well-being of the Seashore Point community.

Education:
Associate’s Degrees: Criminal Justice
Current or former occupation 10 years as a TSA instructor. Provincetown Police Dept dispatch
Outside activities:
Golfing, swimming, biking and hiking the trails. Spending time with my family. And traveling when we can.
I would like to be a trustee because:
It would be an incredible honor if the community allowed me to be a trustee member. I’ve lived in the building year round for almost 6 years. I look at this as an opportunity to experience the satisfaction of contributing to a well run harmonious living environment. I have never been on a condo board, but I have been involved in many large scale functions in an extremely personal organization that I have belonged to for over 27 years, with many different titles, on different committees, including chairperson, and treasure to name a few. It would be my extreme honor to serve as a trustee and assist all with ensuring everybody’s voice is heard to make the Alden a better place to live.

I have also overseen Building Envelope Projects, managed Building Renovation Projects and supervised the Construction of New Buildings. Having served as a Seashore Point Trustee and a member of the Plaintiff Group in the lawsuit against Holdco, I may have some insights that could be beneficial to our community as we move forward.

I would like to be a trustee because:
I am writing to express my interest in serving as a voting trustee for the Seashore Point Condominium Association. I have resided in Unit 103 since December 2021 and have developed a keen and active interest in the well-being of our community, despite not living here full-time.
My qualifications include serving as a Trustee on my New Jersey-based homeowners’ association and prior to owning at Seashore Point, I also served on the Condominium Association at Fishermen’s Cove in Provincetown. During these roles, I managed projects (maintenance and property management, etc.), budgets, recruited additional trustees, and oversaw the general atmosphere and well being of our communities and investments. I also most recently conducted research and interviewed potential property management companies for our New Jersey association.
Professionally, I worked in the energy industry for over 30 years, holding various technical and managerial positions. After retiring, I transitioned into higher education.
I am pragmatic, budget-conscious and take a common sense approach to challenges and problems. I possess a strong desire to make Seashore Point the best community possible for its residents.
I hope you will consider my application and vote for me for trustee as we transition the Seashore Point Condo Association and focus on the best possible future for our community.
Thank you very much.
